Holkham is one of the most beautiful estates in the country and we're proud to grow around 400 hectares of potatoes here as part of the Holkham Emerald partnership.
Three quarters of what we grow are salad potatoes which we then supply to specialist markets in the UK and Europe. The rest are premium main crop potatoes produced for the home retail market, as well as export.
Becoming growers ourselves wasn't just a natural extension to our business. It has also given us a real insight into the business demands of the growers we work with, and the produce demands of our retail packer and primary supply clients.
